Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management or Manufacturing preferred.
• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills are essential.
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant software tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Acute attention to detail and quality assurance.
