Job summary

A children's care organization in Walkden seeks a dedicated Children's Residential Support Worker to assist young people with autism and learning difficulties. You will provide nurturing care, promoting physical, emotional, and social development while maintaining a safe and supportive environment. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, initiative, and write reports regarding children’s progress. Qualifications

  • Experience in a residential care environment is preferred.

  • Assist in preparing and fulfilling individual personal growth plans.
