Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in Risk Management covering key risk types in Lloyd's/London Market.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, efficient, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements (Lloyd’s, PRA, FCA).

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Risk in enhancing the Risk Management Framework.
• Prepare high-quality reporting for stakeholders.
• Maintain risk registers and ensure alignment with business risk profile.
• Facilitate Risk and Control Self-Assessments.
