The Data Analytic team comprises data analysts and data scientists working across CDP to deliver innovative data products and data analytical services for internal and external stakeholders including Marketing & Comms, Customer Success, Data Sales, Capital Markets, Cities, States and Regions and Supply Chain clients. You will help develop and deliver insights projects and support day-to-day operations via servicing ad-hoc requests from across the organisation.
The Data Augmentation and Modelling Squad Lead delivers vital data metrics and models aligned with stakeholder requirements and CDP’s strategy. You will manage a team of data analysts, ensuring efficient delivery of data assets, modelling frameworks, and supporting team development. You will oversee daily operations, lead data augmentation, KPI development, and modelling frameworks—including statistical, input/output, and bottom-up asset models—feeding into product development and our centralised data asset bank. You will work across diverse areas: emissions, energy, target benchmarking, disclosure prediction, and financial forecasting. You will maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure delivery meets requirements. You will apply leadership skills alongside technical competencies to deliver impactful, strategically aligned data products that drive value for CDP and its customers. A proven ability to work with and manage multiple stakeholders and projects at once, as well as stellar communication skills, will be key to success.

The salary banding for this role is £53,629 - £67,036 (or regional equivalent for this Grade). Holidays and benefits in accordance with local regulations.
