Redgate Sports is a charity dedicated to improving the lives of children and young people through sport and mentoring. We work with children who are care‑experienced, have special educational needs, are at risk of exclusion, or come from low‑income families.
Due to growing demand and recent funding, we are looking for motivated, self‑employed Sports Coaches and Mentors to join our team in Worcestershire.
You will deliver high‑quality sports coaching and mentoring sessions in schools and community settings. The role involves supporting vulnerable children, helping them build confidence, skills, and experience the positive impact of sport.
A coach/mentor would normally have a sport they specialise in, however, all our coaches are asked to deliver a range of sports to meet the needs of our students.
There is no fixed venue — sessions take place across Worcestershire, with occasional work in nearby areas.
We offer competitive hourly and daily rates based on qualifications and experience. All work is daytime and not weather‑dependent. Expenses paid.
