A dynamic engineering firm is currently seeking a Contracts Manager for their Eastern Region, based in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will have civil engineering project experience, particularly in highways schemes valued at over £5m. Responsibilities include providing strategic direction, maintaining client relations, and ensuring project compliance. Qualifications

  • Experience across a broad range of civil engineering projects.
  • Track record of delivering highways schemes valued at £5m+.
  • Commercially astute with pre-contract tendering experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational, strategic, and contractual direction.
  • Monitor performance against programmes and resource requirements.
  • Maintain and develop strong client links.

Programming using Asta Powerproject or MS Project
Microsoft Office skills
Negotiation and relationship building

HNC, HND or BEng in Civil Engineering
