Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Reading, with the flexibility to work remotely on some days. As a Hotel Room Sales Manager, you will drive room sales by building relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities. You will develop and implement sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and maintain excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to optimize promotional activities, maintaining records of sales performance, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport with clients and ensure satisfaction
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, including negotiation and closing skills
• Knowledge and experience in Marketing to effectively support promotional strategies and campaigns
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the hospitality industry is desirable
