A leading motorsport company in the UK is seeking an experienced Engine Dyno Technician to aid in engine installation and testing. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the motorsport industry and experience with various engines and software. Responsibilities include maintaining dyno equipment, assisting engineers during tests, and supporting the workshop. To join us on our journey to success, we are looking for a highly experienced Engine Dyno Technician to assist with the installation of our winning engines on the dynamometer, from a multi‑cylinder Aston Martins, V6 turbocharged, four‑cylinder turbocharged RX Renault Megane and to the iconic turbocharged flat 4.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Motorsport industry, working on a broad range of cars including GTE, GT3 and RX programmes, along with a good understanding of motorsport engine functions and the ability to diagnose faults and work with motorsport engine software such as Cosworth, Motec, Bosch and Marelli as an advantage. You will have the ability to write dyno test on CP Cadet or similar, along with the flexibility and willingness to attend race events if required.
