Our client, a leading litigation boutique based in central London, is looking to for an additional hire for their Commercial Civil Fraud Team.
The firm are market leaders and ranked in both the Legal 500 and Chambers \& Partners. They have a strong Commercial and Civil practice staffed by highly experienced lawyers at all levels offering tailor‑made litigation services to companies and individuals alike.
Their expert Commercial Litigation and Civil Fraud lawyers specialise in fraud (civil and criminal); commercial disputes; international corporate investigations; and cross‑border issues (including extradition and mutual legal assistance).
They are recognised internationally as at the forefront of civil fraud, trust and asset tracing work, offering a fast, effective and bespoke service to victims of high level fraud, globally. The head of the department is a former Magic Circle and City lawyer with extensive experience in a wide range of complex cases, often with an international element.
The role will involve a variety of civil and commercial litigation cases, working on trust, asset tracing and fraud matters, including remedies to locate, freeze and retrieve assets, such as worldwide freezing injunctions.
As the successful candidate you should be between 2 and 4 PQE, come from a market leading firm with an exceptional background covering commercial litigation, civil fraud and asset tracing work. You should be a good team player and have the ability to cope autonomously when required.
