Relationship Manager, Visual Arts (LL32)

We are seeking a committed and knowledgeable Relationship Manager to join our London team, supporting visual arts organisations and artists across the capital. In this pivotal role, you’ll offer funding advice, assess grant applications, monitor funded activity, and contribute to wider strategic goals. A key focus will be championing accessible artist studio workspace and supporting place-based development. This is an opportunity to work closely with a wide range of practitioners and organisations, contributing to the growth and sustainability of London’s visual arts sector while promoting inclusion and positive change.

Visual Arts Sector Knowledge – Deep understanding of London’s visual arts landscape, including current trends and challenges.
Funding Assessment & Advice – Experience evaluating grant applications and offering guidance to artists and organisations.
Financial Literacy – Ability to assess financial information and identify risks within project plans.
Advocacy & Strategic Thinking – Skilled in championing issues such as affordable artist workspace and creative place-making.
Strong Communication – Confidence in working with a variety of stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
