Description: To play a central role in managing the firm’s risk and compliance matters with responsibility for leading all aspects of our operational policy and practice.
Working closely with the Managing Directors and management team, you will oversee risk management strategy for the firm as well as ensuring that we meet our obligations with the CLC, Data Protection, AML regulations, and other regulatory bodies.
An important part of this role is to ensure that employees of the firm keep up to date with changes to legislative, regulatory and best practice rules and to help support the business to further develop a risk aware culture.
A strong communicator, you will have excellent relationship management skills and be able to set clear direction for teams and individuals to achieve success.
Ideally you will have at least 12 months experience in a compliance role in a busy residential conveyancing firm or team and have worked on a remote or hybrid basis before.
