• Implement Advinia’s Wellbeing and Engagement Programme - S.P.E.C.S.
• Design and organise activities with residents.
• Develop and manage engagement programmes.
• Encourage participation in activities.
• Arrange trips and outings for residents.
• Support a stimulating environment.
• Maintain activity budget and records.
• Develop a Resident’s Committee for feedback.
• Complete risk assessments for activities.
