You’ll provide the business with clear insight into the status and root causes of mandate and rule breaches, contributing actively to preventing future issues. In this role, you will oversee the effectiveness of investment restriction monitoring in line with agreed timelines, track service levels to ensure outsourced activity is completed to the required standard and produce meaningful MI for internal stakeholders. You will also collaborate closely with our outsourced service provider to coordinate process changes and support continuous improvement.
