Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience, ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
• Experience in an early years setting required.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for children and team.
