Winter Operations Expert's
Location: Billericay / Hybrid / Remote
Contract: Permanent / Contract / Seasonal
We're looking for Winter Operations Expert's to support and lead our winter services offering, from Commercial Leadership, Technical Sales Expertise or Business Development, Operational delivery, and hands‑on technical knowledge of winter operations.
Providesenior commercial and technical sales supportfor bids, tenders, and client renewals
Act as asubject-matter expertin winter operations for customers and internal stakeholders
Support planning, mobilisation, and live delivery of winter services
Translate operational and technical requirements intocommercially viable solutions
Drive service quality, safety, and compliance during winter events
Support the use of technology, data, and forecasting to improve winter response
Collaborate across commercial, operational, and technical teams
Proven experience inwinter operations(e.g. highways, aviation, infrastructure, FM, utilities)
Background insenior commercial, technical sales, or operational senior and leadership roles
Strong technical understanding of winter maintenance methods, equipment, and systems
You’ll be passionate about doing what's right for the customer with yours're excellent stakeholder management capability
Ability to make sound decisions under pressure in live operational environments
