What we’re looking for

We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Associate to support our online order fulfillment and retail order shipment processes.

This role is a Full-time position based at our Nottingham facility.

What you’d be doing in this role

• Ensuring all the online order fulfillment and retail order shipment processes administered in accordance with the organization’s customer service and quality standards
• Assists with onboarding and on the job training of the team to be highly functional and effective
• Work with Customer Happiness team in the event of a customer complaint
• Perform administrative tasks such as creating shipping labels, paperwork for shipping companies, process cancelations etc.
  Labeling/Releasing stock and orders
• Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials when needed
• Ensure standards for quality and health and safety are met
• Assist in maintaining warehouse standards of cleanliness and organization and ensure tidiness standards are always respected and maintained
• Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and procedures (e.g. shipments, safety standards, stocking)
• Verify inventory control and counts to ensure product stock is up to date
• Perform operational duties such as receiving, restocking, replenishing, wrapping skids when needed

Skills and qualifications needed to get the job done

• Attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical skills, ability to navigate between several modules/programs
• Effective time management and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word etc.
• Relevant education OR equivalent work experience in Retail, Inventory is an asset
