Qualifications

• Expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central, including functional configuration.
• Proven experience managing IT General Controls (ITGC).
• Strong experience in system administration and security management.
• Experience owning a backlog and writing detailed user stories.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Analytical and methodical problem-solving abilities.
• Strong relationship-building expertise.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal System Owner for all BC environments.
• Implement IT General Controls and manage secure releases.
• Execute system configuration changes and perform minor development.
• Design and manage the BC security model.
• Manage external consultants and hold them accountable.
• Own the system backlog and define user stories.
• Recommend strategic enhancements based on software advancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Lead onboarding and training for new users.
• Manage new entity setups and data migration.
• Assist in implementing integrations and AI solutions.
