Job summary

A global FMCG leader is looking for a Regional Field Sales Executive in Bradford and Halifax. This role includes managing key accounts, developing relationships with retailers, and achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates will have experience in face-to-face sales within an FMCG environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously while being part of a team. The position offers a competitive annual salary with OTE of £40,000, a generous pension scheme, a company car, and additional benefits.

Qualifications

  • Previous and/or current Face to Face Sales Experience within an FMCG business.
  • Experienced in building face to face relationships with retailers.
  • Excellent communication and people skills with a proven ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Team player with an understanding of wider team goals.
  • Self-supportive, managing time and resources effectively.
  • Able to set and meet self-stretching targets.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on business KPI's across Key Accounts Wholesale and Independent Retailers.
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of customer needs and shopper dynamics.
  • Partner with retail outlets in your area, establishing excellent relationships.
  • Build customer advocacy for brands by educating retailers.
  • Achieve sales, market share, distribution, and coverage targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities by enhancing category and shopper knowledge.
