Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Previous administration experience preferred, especially in a customer focused environment.
  • Understanding of data principles and the importance for confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Deal with day-to-day telephone enquiries from customers.
  • Promote an efficient and professional service to all customers.
  • Daily allocation of workload to engineers.
  • Communicate with contractors to ensure timely service provision.
  • Make appointments for a range of services.
  • Ensure data entry is recorded and maintained accurately.
  • Update subcontractor documents with company systems.
  • Raising remedial works following PPMS.
  • Investigate PPM issues and update spreadsheets.
  • Review and track progress of works.
  • Process quotes, update jobs, and manage financial completion.
  • Typing of documents as required.
  • Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures.
  • Assist other admin roles during busy periods.
