Job summary

A leading adventure park operator in the United Kingdom is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily operations at the AirHop Adventure & Trampoline Park. The successful candidate will supervise staff, maintain safety standards, and ensure positive visitor experiences. Strong management skills and prior experience in a similar role are essential. This full-time position is on-site in Camberley and requires weekend and evening availability.

Role Description

The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and safe experiences for all visitors to the AirHop Adventure & Trampoline Park. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, addressing customer needs, and handling any incidents or emergencies promptly. Additional tasks include staff scheduling, monitoring inventory, and collaborating with the management team to ensure operational efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Camberley, requiring weekend and evening availability.

Qualifications

  • Operational abilities such as inventory management and maintaining cleanliness standards

  • Previous experience in a similar role or a leisure/hospitality setting preferred
  • Health and Safety certification is a plus
