Job summary

A reputable children's care organization in Barnsley is seeking a highly motivated Dual Registered Manager to oversee two residential homes. The role requires strong leadership and compliance skills to ensure high-quality care for young people with emotional and behavioral needs. Candidates should hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management and have a minimum of three years' experience in residential childcare. This is a permanent, full-time position offering competitive salary and benefits including bonuses and 25 days leave.
