• Plan and deliver divisional meetings and events.
• Ensure resources like SharePoint sites and templates are up-to-date.
• Capture and analyze data to produce monthly reports for the CTO.
• Coordinate divisional training needs and monitor training budgets.
• Oversee divisional communications, ensuring effective messaging.
