Job summary

A leading financial technology startup in the UK is seeking a District Sales Manager to oversee profitability and performance across multiple mall locations. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of sales and management experience, a strong network of sales representatives, and a proven track record of optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost. This role requires excellent leadership, training skills, and the ability to manage independently, with a focus on driving sales success and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of direct-to-consumer sales experience, ideally in financial product sales.
  • Proven management experience of teams of 10 or more individuals.
  • High level of training and coaching proficiency in sales training programs.
  • Strong existing network of high-performing sales representatives.
  • Proven ability to manage profitability and CAC across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitability of the district and each mall location.
  • Optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through performance management.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop Store Managers.
  • Lead sales training initiatives for district and Store Managers.
  • Ensure adherence to operational frameworks across locations.
  • Analyze performance trends using data to improve efficiency.
  • Manage schedule to travel independently between mall locations.
  • Support Store Managers to ensure their success.
