What you’ll be doing
- Support daily living with purpose: Help participants build confidence and independence in their everyday routines
- Encourage independence: Empower our clients to make choices and build confidence in their own abilities
- Stay connected: Join participants in community activities, social programs, and outings like shopping or events
- Collaborate with care: Work closely with participants, their families, and key supports to understand their goals and preferences
- Keeping things on track: Maintain clear and accurate records, review support plans, and follow best-practice guidelines
- Champion rights and voice: Help participants express their views, raise concerns, and feel heard and respected
- Look out for safety: Identify and report any risks or concerns to your supervisor promptly
- Uphold best practice: Only use approved, trained restrictive practices when required and always with care and compliance
Morning, afternoon and night shifts available :)

What we need from you?
- Current NDIS Worker Screening and WWCC (if required)
- First Aid Certificate
- Driver’s License
- Reliable and comprehensively insured vehicle
- New Worker NDIS Induction Module
- Clear Police Check
- Smartphone
- A formal certificate may not be required if the individual has relevant experience and skills – recommended qualifications Certificate III in Individual Support, Mental Health, Aged Care, Community Services, Disability Work or similar.
