Full Time

West of Scotland Housing Association (WSHA) has been a force for good in social housing since 1965, proudly continuing to make positive difference to people’s lives and communities across the West of Scotland. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality homes and excellent customer service, we are driven by our values of respect, integrity, and inclusion. As we continue to evolve and strengthen our services, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Corporate Services to join our Corporate Management Team.

This is a key leadership position, responsible for a broad and high‑impact portfolio including corporate governance and compliance, human resources and organisational development, IT and digital transformation, and risk management. You will act as Company Secretary for both WSHA and our subsidiary Willowacre Trust, ensuring that our governance framework meets the highest standards and that all statutory and regulatory requirements are met.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who combines excellent leadership and communication skills with a strong understanding of the social housing landscape. You will bring significant experience at a senior management level, ideally within a regulated environment, with a proven track record of delivering organisational excellence through people, process, and innovation. Your ability to analyse complex information, make informed judgements, and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals will be essential to success in this role.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the resilience to meet challenging objectives. You will champion a customer‑focused culture, ensuring that both internal and external service standards remain outstanding. Experience of managing corporate functions such as HR, IT, and governance is vital, alongside a sound knowledge of compliance, data protection, health and safety, and risk management.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a respected and progressive housing association. If you share our passion for making a real difference and have the expertise to drive excellence across corporate services, we would be delighted to hear from you.
