Qualifications

  • Master's degree required in behavioral health or social services.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Advanced Clinical/Management Practices.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or LPC or LMFT is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee strategic planning of clinical services programs.
  • Maintain a therapeutic environment at the facility.
  • Develop and implement clinical treatment programs.
