• 12+ years’ experience in client leadership, account management, or commercial leadership within a creative agency.
• Proven experience managing senior relationships at C Suite and Board level.
• Strong financial acumen in forecasting and P&L management.

• Act as the senior-most point of escalation for key global clients.
