A municipal health service provider in Oxford is seeking a qualified nursing professional for a temporary full-time role at Woodingford Lodge. The successful candidate will oversee nursing services and ensure compliance with health regulations while promoting resident-centered care. Reporting to: Administrator of Woodingford Lodge – Woodstock

Wage range: $64.73 - $80.91 per hour ($117,808.60- $147,256.20 annually)

We are a Long Term Care Home that is municipally owned and operated by Oxford County. We have three locations in Southwest Ontario, and are well known in the community for our dedicated team providing compassionate and respectful resident-centered care.
Oversees the effective and efficient delivery and organization of Woodingford Lodge nursing services ensuring all legislative, moral and ethical obligations are met and acts as Director of Care under the Fixing Long Term Care Act (FLTCA), 2021. All Woodingford Lodge employees are responsible for supporting the home’s focus on Person and Family-Centred care by promoting and encouraging residents to be an active partner in their health care, the Director of Care directly oversees the Assistant Director of Care and Behavioral Supports Ontario Team.
