Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Diversity and Inclusion.
• 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring teams.
• Track record of designing successful global D,E,I strategies.
• Experience in social impact and corporate philanthropy programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and drive D&I strategy across the organization.
• Develop research-based toolkits for diverse hiring.
• Collaborate with Talent team to integrate D&I practices.
• Oversee global Inclusion Group strategy for maximum impact.
• Drive evolution of Right To Run global partnership program.
• Lead On's corporate philanthropy strategy.
• Measure effectiveness of D&I and social impact initiatives.
