Asset Management, Credit, Debt / Fixed Income

Our Direct Lending team runs a mid‑market corporate direct lending strategy focused on senior secured debt, enabling investors to benefit from immediate exposure to yield generating assets.

What role will you play?

You will collaborate closely with investment professionals to assess potential investment opportunities for our clients.

Managing and monitoring a defined pool of assets within the portfolio, you will also perform rigorous reviews of financial models, credit structures, documentation, rating assessments, and ESG factors.

Additionally, you will support the EMEA Portfolio Manager with Investment Committee objectives and long‑term fundraising activities.

What you offer
  • 3+ years’ experience of structuring or analysing corporate debt fundamentals
  • Knowledge of credit documentation and capital markets, and the ability to review and work with financial models, including valuation, forecasting or scenario analysis
  • Understanding of due diligence requirements for various proposals, including legal, technical, and financial reports
  • Experience in deal execution and stakeholder management
  • Able to contribute to analytical discussions with a balanced, commercial approach to risk decisions, and capable of structuring and synthesising complex information clearly and effectively
