A dynamic technology company in Manchester is searching for an experienced Digital Product Manager. In this role, you will lead product development, foster client relationships, and integrate data-driven strategies into the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in product management, particularly in mobile development, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. As a Digital Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative digital products that help our clients achieve their business objectives. You will work closely with the Head of Product to lead a squad of product professionals, collaborate with clients on their digital strategies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our product processes and toolkits. This role offers a unique opportunity to have a meaningful impact on product creation and delivery within a dynamic and fast-growing company.
In this role, you'll build strong client relationships, oversee product development from concept to launch, and ensure user needs are met. You'll create data-driven product strategies, lead Agile processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. Additionally, you'll manage resources, track financials, and provide regular updates to stakeholders, all while optimizing product performance and mentoring your team.
Experience in product management, ideally 3+ years, you’ll have expertise in mobile development and product launches. You’re a strong leader, skilled in making decisions under pressure, and experienced in building business cases and managing client expectations. Your excellent communication and team‑building skills will help you effectively lead and motivate teams.
