As a Digital Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative digital products that help our clients achieve their business objectives. You will work closely with the Head of Product to lead a squad of product professionals, collaborate with clients on their digital strategies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our product processes and toolkits. This role offers a unique opportunity to have a meaningful impact on product creation and delivery within a dynamic and fast-growing company.

What you'll be working on

In this role, you'll build strong client relationships, oversee product development from concept to launch, and ensure user needs are met. You'll create data-driven product strategies, lead Agile processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. Additionally, you'll manage resources, track financials, and provide regular updates to stakeholders, all while optimizing product performance and mentoring your team.

  • Client Relationship Building: Develop trust-based relationships with clients as their go-to digital advisor.
  • User‑Centric Focus: Identify target users to ensure products meet diverse needs.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Define and translate opportunities to enhance customer experience into actionable outcomes and user stories.
  • Product Development & Delivery: Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing delivery.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Analyse data to understand customer needs and inform strategic decisions and product roadmaps.
  • Vision & Objectives Communication: Communicate the product’s vision and work with clients to create and deliver OKRs for each phase.
  • Proactive Guidance: Anticipate client and user needs, recommending product directions aligned with market trends.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure understanding of features and user stories.
  • Performance Optimization: Utilise metrics to refine and improve product impact, focusing on user value.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Resource Management: Provide updates to stakeholders and ensure effective resource allocation for product success.
What we’re looking for

Experience in product management, ideally 3+ years, you’ll have expertise in mobile development and product launches. You’re a strong leader, skilled in making decisions under pressure, and experienced in building business cases and managing client expectations. Your excellent communication and team‑building skills will help you effectively lead and motivate teams.

  • Experience: Ideally more than 3 years of experience in product management, with a strong understanding of mobile development project lifecycles.
  • Leadership Skills: An effective leader and problem solver with strong decision‑making skills.
  • Commercial Acumen: Experience building product business cases and commercial justifications, with a proven track record of launching new products in mature markets.
  • Client Collaboration: Experience working closely with clients to develop roadmaps, define project scope, and negotiate costs, with a focus on setting and managing expectations.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively in both one‑on‑one and group settings.
  • Team Building: Strong people‑management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams, handle conflict, and provide constructive feedback in a positive manner.
