  • Deliver hands‑on execution and optimisation of campaigns across numerous platforms, including Google, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Regularly test and iterate on creatives, targeting, and campaign structures to improve key KPI metrics.
  • Leverage data to ensure marketing budgets are allocated effectively for maximum return.
Data, Insight & Reporting
  • Monitor and analyse performance across multiple markets, drawing insights that influence broader digital strategy.
  • Support the planning, forecasting, and tracking of performance metrics.
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and report back on results to the wider team.
  • Ensure all campaigns stay within budget while achieving growth and efficiency targets.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the eCommerce, Analytics, CRM, and Creative teams to ensure alignment across all digital channels.
  • Help grow and optimise relationships with external partners and data/insight platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure all paid assets meet brand standards and drive performance.
About You
  • 2-3 years of hands‑on experience in paid media, specifically working within platforms.
  • Proven success in setting up and executing campaigns across Paid Search (Google) and, ideally, Paid Social (Meta, TikTok).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or BI platforms.
  • Experience working with six‑figure marketing budgets and a focus on driving ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear actions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work at pace in a results‑oriented environment.
