The role

We’re looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Executive with a strong analytical mindset to help grow our digital presence across our outdoor leisure portfolio. This is a hands‑on role where you will run campaigns, analyse performance, and bring new ideas to the table. You’ll work closely with the marketing, content, and commercial teams to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions through a data‑led approach.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. If you are developing your experience in digital marketing, we will support your growth while giving you real responsibility and ownership.

Key responsibilities
  • Use analytics and data insight to drive decisions, improve performance, and report on key metrics
  • Lead the digital strategy to drive traffic, improve UX, and increase online revenue
  • Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and on‑page optimisation to increase visibility and traffic
  • Plan, execute, and optimise ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms to improve ROAS
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaigns that support business goals
  • Identify and drive new revenue opportunities through digital channels
  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital activities
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our digital marketing remains cutting‑edge and effective
What we’re looking for
  • Positive, proactive, and eager to learn, with a willingness to take ownership of campaigns
  • Previous experience in improving website traffic and/or conversion rate
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to turn insights into clear recommendations
  • Experience with SEO (technical or on‑page) and digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Analytical and data‑driven, able to interpret analytics to inform strategy
  • Enthusiasm for learning, trying new approaches, and contributing ideas
  • A willingness to continuously learn and stay up to date with the fast‑changing digital marketing landscape
