  • Furnish the DGM team and key partners with bespoke insights and analysis that fuel holistic content lifecycle commercial strategies across both full game and add‑on.
  • Reimagine how the DGM team analyse the business and communicate commercial results and insights throughout the business.

  • Creative & energetic leader and teammate, who embraces change and exhibits a desire to continually improve.
  • Commercially focused with a proven track record of using data to curate and shape portfolio offerings that drive the business forwards.
  • Experience of building strong, influential and collaborative relationships within both internal and external teams.
  • Resourceful in finding solutions to business problems.
  • Ability to self‑manage and balance multiple cross‑functional projects and priorities.
  • As the role is global, a small amount of international travel may be required as well as a flexible approach to working hours and the ability to work as a part of an international team.
  • Basic SQL skills are desirable.
