A community support organization in West Bridgford is seeking a proactive Manager to oversee fundraising initiatives. You'll be responsible for producing proposals to secure funding, developing new services, and building relationships with stakeholders. This role requires experience in partnership building and an understanding of client needs. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £34,680 to £38,000, depending on experience.

We are looking for a proactive, experienced Manager who will be responsible for producing successful fundraising proposals to increase our funding streams. You will work as a team on the development of new services, build relationships with various stakeholders and work across Nottinghamshire to showcase our service.
Under the leadership of the Operations Director you will research new opportunities for funding both for our organisation and for partnership applications. At the heart of the new opportunities must be the needs of our clients and the communities we serve balanced with commercial viability.
You will lead on the promotion of the Charities fundraising activities and applications including grants and commissioning.
Working with the Trustee Board and Chief Executive you will produce reports to show the impact of our work both for evaluation purposes, funder purposes and to obtain new funding. Experience in building new partnerships and maintaining existing relationships with partners and funders is a key part of this role.
You will work within the aims, policies and principles of Citizens Advice Central Nottinghamshire.
