A leading IT company in Birmingham is looking for a Technical Delivery Lead responsible for developing cloud-based applications and leading cross-functional teams. Role: Technical Delivery Lead
Location: Any SCC office (SCC operate hybrid working, which comprises of a mix of office and home working)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary Package: 72k-82k plus large company benefits, a broad flexible benefits scheme, and 2 paid-for volunteering days a year
Hours: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm Monday – Friday
Interview Process: 2-stage process
The Technical Delivery Lead is responsible for developing and maintaining cloud‑based applications and services. Working closely, under Scrum methodology, with cross‑functional teams pala Architects, Product Owners, Testers and developers to deliver product increments in line with defined Sprint goals until they meet both functional and non‑functional requirements such as scalability, reliability and security. The role involves leading the development team, being the conduit between architecture and developers, problem‑solving and removing blockers to enable the team to run as efficiently as possible.
