Qualifications

  • Experience within residential development or engineering consultancy.
  • Strong understanding of UK planning, adoption and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of residential developments managing engineering elements.
  • Manage highway adoption processes and liaise with local authorities.
  • Coordinate technical submissions for drainage and utilities.
