Job summary

A technology consulting firm in Glasgow is seeking a part-time Desktop Support professional to provide technical support for desktop and laptop issues. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software problems, assisting with installations, and maintaining IT asset inventory. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of Active Directory and secure LDAP. This position requires onsite work three days a week, specifically on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
