About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑driven HR & Recruitment Executive to support our global HR function. This role is 90% HR operations and people support, with 10% recruitment cover for our existing Talent team when needed.

You will work closely with our People Manager and wider HR team to deliver smooth processes, build strong employee relationships, and support our retail and back‑office teams across the UK, US, and Europe. A key part of this role will be supporting our growing US team (approx. 40 employees), ensuring accurate HR records and consistent processes.

Objectives of the Role
HR Operations (Primary Focus – 95%)
  • Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, changes, documentation, and internal processes across London, NYC, Rome, and Berlin.
  • Execute simple, reliable, and scalable HR processes that keep our global teams running smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update them regularly, with a particular focus on the US team.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support internal communications across global teams.
  • Assist the HR team with general administration, holiday tracking, probation reviews, appraisals, etc.
  • Support Employee Relations (ER), including scheduling meetings, working with external advisors, preparing documentation, and managing case files with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with regional employment requirements and internal policies with the HR team.
  • Assist in the payroll preparation and keeping organized records.
  • Support the finance team by assisting in HR/Payroll reports, expenses process.
  • Respond to employee inquiries across stores and back office to provide assistance as needed.
Recruitment Support (Secondary – 5%)
  • Provide cover for basic recruitment tasks when the Talent team is out of office (full training provided).
  • Assist with job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and updating candidate trackers.
  • Liaise with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth experience.
