• Strong understanding of microprocessor verification and processor architectures.
• Familiarity with Random Instruction Sequencing (RIS) and design verification at various levels.
• Proven experience leading small teams of verification engineers in project settings.
• Deep knowledge of micro-architectures and processor functions.
• Skilled in developing test plans and creating portable testbenches and assembly-level tests.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with CPU and SoC architects to understand system-level requirements.
• Create detailed test and coverage plans based on micro-architecture specifications.
• Establish scalable verification methodologies that can be applied across various environments.
• Construct environments using stimulus generators, checkers, assertions, and coverage models.
• Develop verification plans and testbenches for assigned functional areas.
• Support design bring-up and assist with debugging failures as needed.
