• Hold a full UK driving license and previous experience with learning disabilities.
• Ability to manage and assess new people to support.
• Calm and able to work under pressure with strong administrative skills.

• Manage rotas and conduct staff supervisions.
• Plan and implement support plans to enhance quality of life.
