Location: Nottingham

Salary: From £33,664 per annum plus ocassional sleep in payments

Hours: full time working a mix of long day shifts, admin days and occasional sleep in

As a Deputy Manager in our OUTSTANDING, therapeutic 4 bed home, you will be supporting our young people who haveLearning Disabilities, Autism, some communication difficulties and cognitive needs. You will become part of our family, working together, with the guidance ofKeys specialist clinical team and external professionals,to ensure positive outcomes.

You will become an integral part of our welcoming and knowledgeable leadership team,part of a region of 5 children’s homes, with the backing of a growing, national organisation, where you will be actively encouraged to be creative and bring your own unique skills and have the opportunity to influence change.

You will be supported to gain level 5 qualifications, to grow and develop into future leaders and to take on additional responsibilities which will give you the confidence to step up to manage the home when needed.

Requirements
  • 2 years’ experience working with Learning disabilities either as a Senior or at Deputy level.
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People / Health and Social Care equivalent
  • Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
  • Experience with budgets and rotas
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
