At Alpine Formula One Team, we have an opportunity to join our well‑established Composites department as a Deputy Cell Lead in our Trimming & Assembly Team on the weekday night shift.
The Deputy Cell Lead – Trimming & Assembly plays a dual role, combining hands‑on composite manufacturing with supervisory and planning responsibilities. Working closely with the Cell Leader, this role ensures the smooth execution of daily production activities, supports team coordination, and contributes to planning, quality control, and continuous improvement. The Deputy Cell Lead acts as a key support figure within the cell, positively advocating to maintain high standards of output, safety, and team performance.
