We are looking for an experienced leader in the care sector to join Team Meallmore at Manor Care Centre. Are you ready to share your knowledge and experience to support the team?

As a Deputy Manager, you’ll enjoy a yearly salary of £50,200 whilst playing a vital part in leading and supporting high-quality care for Meallmore customers.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a nurturing guide for our dedicated care home team, you'll work hand-in-hand with the care home manager.

  • Ensuring our cherished Meallmore customers receive the highest quality of care.
  • Upholding all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Implementing and monitoring Meallmore’s corporate standards, policies, procedures, and technology systems.
  • Fulfilling the duties of a ‘Responsible Person’/’Registered Individual’ as directed by your line manager.
  • Stepping into the shoes of the home manager when they're away.
  • Providing clinical oversight at care home level.
  • Pitching in with on-call duties, because we're all in this together.

  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and legislation.

  • Professional qualification comparable to a degree or management qualification is required, alongside a nursing qualification, which is desired but not mandatory.
