Job summary

A leading dental solutions company is seeking a Dental Sales Specialist to manage their dental portfolio in the South England / London territory. This remote field-based role requires proven experience in the healthcare/dental industry, strong CRM knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills. Candidates must live within the defined territory and be legally authorized to work in the UK. Expect significant domestic travel and occasional visits to headquarters in Loughborough.

Overview

Solventum is seeking a Dental Sales Specialist (m/f/x) to support our dental portfolio and growth in the South England / London territory. This is a remote–field based role.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for our dental portfolio which includes Scotchbond, Filtek and RelyX products.
  • Field management of the London territory to maintain and grow existing customers to exceed the annual sales target.
  • Support KAT in managing hospital and large dental group accounts within the defined territory.
  • Full completion of Salesforce CRM to include logging visits and processing leads.
  • Track and review POS within the defined area using Power BI.
  • Keep updated with competitor information and seek guidance from the Clinical Specialist.

  • Proven experience within the health care/dental industry.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) and other sales acceleration tools.
  • Challenger mindset, positive thinking, tenacious, driven and a high level of resilience.
  • Analytical and data driven.
  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated, team player with strong inter-personal skills.
  • Good organisational skills.
Work details

Work location: Remote – Field Based Role

Travel: 50-60% domestic travel within the assigned Territory. Attendance at Solventum HQ (in Loughborough) may be required for training and Moments that Matter events.

Sales Territory: South England / London - London Postcodes, EC, EN, HA, LU, N, NW, OX, W, WC, WD

Candidate Location: Candidates must live on Territory

Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for an employment visa status (e.g., H1B).
