We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, highly motivated person to join our ever evolving OMFS team. The role involves providing a high standard of quality care to a wide variety of patients, some with complex needs. The department is a well‑established, consultant‑led service that delivers acute medical, orthodontic, restorative and surgical treatments.
The Dental Nurse will act as a chaperone in clinics, supporting the consultant or clinician. You will be expected to use your nursing skills across all areas mentioned above, learn new skills and techniques, and progress your practice over time.

Responsibilities will include daily running of surgeries, stock control and cross‑infection control. Demonstrate knowledge and awareness of dealing with hazards and dangerous substances. Help and mentor individuals when needed and work together as a team. Maintain good communication at all times—written, verbal and non‑verbal.
