Hours Full Time- 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days (including evenings and weekends)

Join our passionate Kennels Kitchen team as aDemi Chef de Partie, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our members. Reporting to the Senior Sous Chef, you’ll prepare and present simple dishes to the highest standards, contributing to a warm and welcoming environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Managing stock movement and ordering for your section
  • Completing mise en place and supporting the wider kitchen team
  • Learning new skills and recipes from senior chefs
  • Supporting menu development and implementation
  • Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
  • Assisting the restaurant kitchen during busy periods when needed
