• Strong experience in Demand Planning Management within the FMCG or Food Manufacturing industry.
• Experience in managing a small team.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships between supply chain and commercial teams.
• Manage a team of demand & NPD planners.
• Oversee product launch tracker for nutrition brands.
• Feed forecasts into supply planning teams.
• Collaborate to ensure production demand can be met.
• Monitor success of product launches and report on stock profile.
