• Understanding of RAMS, permits to work, and compliance duties.
• Ability to monitor quality against standards and specifications.
• Expertise in contractor management and relationship building.
• Knowledge of safety legislation and building safety act.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent assurance that construction meets quality and safety standards.
• Monitor RAMS and ensure compliance in site activities.
• Record inspections and maintain progress reports for teams.
• Maintain relationships with contractors to address compliance issues.
• Act as Client based Temporary Works Supervisor.
