Data Analyst - £40,000 to £50,000
Location: Warrington (3 days on site / hybrid)

We're working with a growing organisation in Warrington that is strengthening its analytics capability and looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
  • Build, maintain and optimise dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI
  • Work with APIs to integrate data from multiple sources and enhance reporting capabilities
  • Support the development of AI-driven insights and automation opportunities within analytics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • Contribute to ongoing data quality, governance and process improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience Required
  • Strong experience with Power BI (DAX, data modelling and dashboard development)
  • Confident using SQL for data extraction and manipulation
  • Experience working with API-driven data sources
  • Ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Understanding of data architecture, modelling and reporting best practice
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to site requirements)
Desirable
  • Exposure to AI tools or techniques to support advanced analytics or automation
  • Experience with Python or R
  • Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Background in a commercial, retail, logistics, or operations-focused environment
